We will assist the clients and offer all the concierge services they will require during their stay. At check out, the property is checked and deposits returned when applicable. Even when the property is not being used or rented, we will, periodically, carry out security checks. We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting owners, guests or staff.
We will register with the local services as nominated key holders, which means that we will be contacted by emergency services and will deal with a situation on your behalf. Secure key holding service will assure and give you peace of mind in the knowledge that your property is totally secure.
