Property management involves the planning and organization of our client’s resources to move a specific task, event, or duty towards completion. It can involve a one-time project or an ongoing activity, and resources managed include personnel, finances, technology, and intellectual property.

Our advisors will be at your disposal to help you in all aspects of the management of your property, assisting you with all the necessary steps and organising each and every one of the tasks required for the execution of the project.

Our property management services

  • Security. Verify that all entrances to the property are secure. Confirm all windows and doors are able to open and secure them.
  • Alarms. Coordinate with the alarm company’s control centre to keep the system up to date and arrange for regular checks.
  • Electricity. Switch on the electricity and check that the supplier -if exist- is providing the service properly. Inspect the light systems in the property (inside and outside) and replace any inoperative bulbs.
  • Water. Turn on the mains power and check that the tabs and toilets work perfectly. Repair any leaks that become apparent. Check the operation of general water pumping systems – indoor and outdoor – when requested.  Switch off after inspection.
  • Damp and Humidity. Check all rooms, including all cupboards and wardrobes, for signs of water and dampness ingress. Ensure good circulation of air throughout the property.
  • Air conditioning. Carry out regular checks to ensure correct operation and arrange annual maintenance of the units.
  • Patios & terraces. Ensure that all the drains and water pipes are clear and free of obstruction.
  • Mail. Regularly check mailboxes and remove junk mail as instructed by the owner.
  • Pest control. Check the entire property for signs of infestation.
  • Safety equipment. Periodic testing of all equipment as required.
  • Pools. Check that the necessary safety equipment is present and in a satisfactory condition and that the pool’s maintenance instructions are being carried out correctly.
  • Gardens. Check that the garden has been tended and that there are no signs of negligence.
  • Key Storage. Issuing keys to authorised users and controlling their return. Supply security coded key rings for all sets of keys. Provide service to owners and clients in the event of loss or robbed of keys and locks.
  • Remote Key Access. We provide secure remote key access boxes for use by owners, clients and tenants.

Snagging reports

A snagging survey is used to detect problems in your newly built house. These can range from minor and cosmetic to major and structural flaws.

Our snagging inspectors would check every aspect of the property that is visible, covering both the interior and the exterior of the property as well as garden, driveway and garage if relevant.

If in your case you are not allowed to, we recommend you to schedule it as soon as possible right after you have moved in.
